He is also a trained chef in over 50 culinary disciplines and with over 20 years of experience, having held many senior positions in reputed Hospitality companies like Norwegian Cruise Lines, Radisson Hotels World Wide, Wendys Restaurants, Taco Bell and A&W Canada, to name a few.
